A truly one of a kind opportunity…

While living in Scarsdale, NY I drove past this site for many years and would envision a cool and happening place where affluent customers, like my friends and family, could walk around and enjoy the latest in fashion, fitness, food, and home design. When we finally succeeded in assembling this large site, we set out to design the type of curated retail experience that customers have come to expect in upscale markets across the country.

By all metrics Westchester County, with approximately one million residents and huge pockets of affluence, represents one of the most compelling set of demographics in the country. We have been refining the profile of our target customer and matching it up against available shopping options in the region. Preliminary results shows that there is huge unmet demand for a multitude of distinctive brands not adequately represented in the market. Until Boulevard there has been no high-end outdoor lifestyle environment in Westchester to attract these under-represented brands.
